"If you're flying in or out of Newark" this is a good place to make a landing, with a "courtesy shuttle to and from the airport" and a "one-hour drive to Midtown" Manhattan (though guests grumble they have to "pay for parking" as well as Internet); "five pillows" and a "most comfortable mattress" make for pleasant dreams, while sweettooths "love the cookies" offered at check-in even if it's too bad "they charge" for a cup of coffee in the lobby.

Excellent bed and relatively quiet even though next to airport. Good shuttle service.
Small bathroom with no counter space.
Great for late arrivals or early departures out of Newark. Nice beds and it was fairly quiet. Great gym.

The Receptionist, should be put in charge of all Hotel Relations with the Public. She is a marvelous person and speaks so well about the hotel, is informed, and is as accommodating as one could possibly hope. The rest of the staff is excellent as well. My only complaint is that for $10 lousy extra dollars (and given the number of people that travel with computers) Internet access should be built into the room price! ...read more

The beds were excellent!
Paying for parking and internet service.
An excellent hotel an extra $14 charge a day just for the privilege of parking there. It is unconscionable that hotels still charge their guests for internet access in the 21st century.
